Submission & Evaluation
Award will be made to the vendor who is technically acceptable with the lowest evaluated price, following FAR Part 12 (Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Vendors must submit proof of technical evaluation criteria and specifications for any equivalent items offered. Emailed quotations are preferred. Vendors must be registered in SAM and complete required sections of the solicitation.
Special Requirements
- Contractor to provide delivery, installation, training (for at least six operators, one day), and performance verification within one business day of delivery.
