Purpose & Scope
The 355th CES requires the purchase, delivery, installation, programming, and configuration of a stand-alone, PC-based electronic key management system. The system must secure, track, and audit physical keys for dormitory facilities. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, labor, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and management.
Key system requirements include:
- A floor-standing, mobile unit with wheel cabinets, capable of holding 2,500 keys.
- Dimensions not exceeding 8' L x 6' H x 3' W.
- Integration with Windows 11, CAC/TWIC authentication, and mobile application support.
- Features for issuing, retaining, and identifying QR coded key FOBs (resident and spare).
- System access via fingerprint and/or password, restricted to managers.
- Lockable, stackable steel drawers, each holding a minimum of 240 QR coded key tags.
- A 22"-32" touch screen monitor with optional USB fingerprint scanner.
- Functional API for secure data import/export (FTPS/SFTP) and local backup options.
