The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Pitney Bowes Federal Systems, in accordance with RFO 12.201-1, for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive service agreement.
