The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in Kayenta, AZ, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Pitney Bowes Reserve Account, UEI No.: V5E8DNCCNH69 for Postage Fees as required by the General Services Department. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Pitney Bowes Reserve Account, in accordance with RFO 12.201-1, for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available, which, in this case, is an exclusive service agreement. This procurement will be issued as a base plus (3) three option years.
