This solicitation (W519TC-26-Q-A110) is for the procurement of BRACKET, GEAR (EXTRUSION) for the Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to award one Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to the lowest price, responsive, and responsible contractor.

  • Saw to lengths of 8.250 + 0.125 inches.
  • Protective coating per Note 5 to be omitted.
  • Extrusions to be from one heat preferably, but no more than two (2) heats with a minimum of 40% of the parts from each heat.

• Warranty: One-year period beginning upon delivery and invoice acceptance.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order.

• Acquisition Method: In accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures).

• Period of Performance: Delivery within 30 calendar days from the date of award.

• Quote Validity: 60 calendar days from the submission date.

• Submission: Quotes must include all costs, including delivery to Rock Island Arsenal, IL 61299.
