Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide the Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) with aircraft parts to support Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) efforts.

• Manufacture aircraft parts as listed in Attachment 1 ("Schedule with First Article - 70Z03826QJ0000054") for offerors who have not passed a Form, Fit, and Function (FFF) test, or Attachment 2 ("Schedule - 70Z03826QJ0000054") for offerors who have passed a FFF test.

• The primary item is "Kit, Antenna INST, HF" with a quantity of 3, National Stock Number 5985-01-HS1-9763, and Part Number 1009M60T100-10.

• Work to be performed at the Contractor's facility or a USCG-approved facility.

• Manufacture parts in accordance with specified ALC Drawing Numbers.

• Parts must be manufactured in compliance with the ALC drawings.

• Documentation certifying compliance with ALC drawings must be provided with each item.

• Contractor must maintain a quality system compliant with ISO 9001-2000 or equivalent.

• Contractor must provide a standard warranty for manufactured parts.

• Work to be performed at the Contractor's facility or a USCG-approved facility.

• First Article: Contractors who have not passed FFF testing must provide one (1) unit within 30 days of purchase order receipt for testing. Approval or disapproval will be communicated within 90 calendar days of receipt.

• Access to Drawings: Contractors must be registered in the Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA) Joint Certification Program (JCP) and complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement (DHS Form 11000-6) to access drawings. Requests should be sent to Cindy.K.Harmes@uscg.mil.

• Quality Control: Contractor must perform or assure all necessary inspections, tests, and calibrations.

• Records and Reports: A Certificate of Conformance (COC) IAW FAR 52.246-15 must be furnished for all components and packaged with each part.

• CLIN 1 (First Article): 1 unit, due within 30 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO).

• CLIN 2 (First Article Production): 3 units, due within 30 calendar days upon favorable FFF test of CLIN 1.

• CLIN 1 (Production Buys): 3 units, due within 30 calendar days ARO.
