Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, seeking quotes for brake parts kits. The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Item: KIT, BRAKE PARTS (NSN 5330 01-F16-4572, Part # 98-015-3001)

• Quantity: 9 Kits

• No Substitutions: Vendors must provide the exact part number. Substitutions require approval from USCG SFLC Technical Experts.

• Kit Contents: Each kit must include P/N 01-100-0231 BEARING (1 EA), P/N 98-016-1061 SEAL KIT, 98D (1 KT), and P/N 98-016-2001 FRICTION DISC KIT, 98D (1 KT).

• Preservation, Packaging & Marking: Shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-I Method 10 and MIL-STD-129R. Specific requirements include weather-resistant paperboard, waterproof barrier materials, cushioning, bubble-wrap, double-wall fiberboard boxes, heat-sealed bag closure, and desiccant (Type II or III of MIL-D-3464).

• Quality Assurance: If applicable, the contractor must notify the Contracting Officer at least seven (07) calendar days prior to Q/A inspections.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Payment Terms: NET 30, in accordance with FAR 52.232-25 Prompt Payment.

• Submission: Submit quotations. Vendor must have an active registration in SAM.Gov prior to award.

• Delivery: FOB Destination required. Ship to: USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room- Building 88, Baltimore, MD 21226.

• Delivery Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 3 pm.

• Total Cost: Must include delivery and any freight charges to zip code 21226.

• Invoicing: Must be processed through https://www.ipp.gov. Invoices must contain specific information including PO number, vendor details, and itemized costs. A copy must also be sent to JERMAINE.T.PERKINS@uscg.mil.

• All responsible sources may submit a quotation.

• Vendor must have an active registration in SAM.Gov prior to award.

• Packaging List: Must be securely attached to the outside of the shipment and cite the Purchase Order Number.

• Marking: Exterior of all shipped material must clearly mark the Purchase Order Number, NSN (if applicable), Vendor name, and Part Number.

• Approved Label: Should include NSN, Item Name, Part Number, PO Number, "COAST GUARD SFLC MATERIAL", Condition (A), Quantity, and Unit of Issue.
