The Pine Ridge Service Unit (PRSU) Dietary Department requires the procurement and delivery of new, reliable, and efficient commercial food service and sanitation equipment to support patient meal production, sanitation compliance, and uninterrupted dietary operations.
Scope of Work
The objective is to award a firm-fixed-price, non-personal supply contract for various kitchen equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, waste receptacle enclosures, mobile trash containers, sanitizing sink heaters, kettle tables, steam jacketed kettles, ice machines with water dispensing capabilities, and water filtration systems. All equipment must be new, unused, meet specified technical requirements, and be compatible with existing facility infrastructure. The contractor will be required to provide the equipment within four months of award. Installation will be performed by in-house Maintenance staff; the vendor is not responsible for installation.
