Scope of Work
The requirement is for Kitchen Fire Suppression System Inspection/Certification for 12 facilities and 24 Fire Suppression Systems across Whiteman Air Force Base. Potential sources must be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities, and equipment to accomplish these services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated March 3, 2026. Key services include:
- Annual, semiannual, and periodic inspections, certifications, and maintenance for commercial and residential kitchen fire suppression systems.
- Unscheduled maintenance, servicing, and emergency repairs.
- Compliance with industry standards such as NFPA 96, NFPA 17A, and ANSI/UL 300.
- Technicians must be NICET Level 2 certified in special hazard systems (Level 3 for design/reconfiguration).
- A one-year warranty on workmanship or parts is required.
