- Dryer Duct Cleaning & Inspection: Semi-annual cleaning of dryer ventilation ductwork in specific dormitory buildings (212, 401, 402, 430, 435) and annual cleaning in others (414, 445), including powered booster ventilation units and lint screens.
- Dryer Vent Lint Screen Cleaning: Monthly cleaning of lint screens inside clothes dryers and on power ventilators in facilities 414 and 445.
- Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Management: Submission of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all chemicals used and compliance with HAZMAT reporting procedures.
- Waste Disposal: Proper disposal of all generated waste, including hazardous waste, in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Performance standards require 100% compliance with NFPA 96 and timely report delivery.
