Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To refurbish and remodel three existing kitchenettes in Building 1029 at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico.

• Demolish and remove existing cabinetry, flooring, lights, fixtures, sinks, disposals, osmosis systems, and ceiling tiles in three kitchenettes.

• Install new cabinetry, countertops, sinks, garbage disposals, commercial tile flooring, acoustic ceilings/grid, exhaust fans, LED light fixtures, and paint.

• Remodel two combined kitchenettes (Rooms 111 and 112) to create one break area, including creating a walk-thru opening.

• Relocate electrical switches, outlets, and possibly thermostats as required.

• Ensure dust mitigation and phase work to keep one or two kitchenettes operational.

• All work must comply with applicable codes adopted by New Mexico, Federal, and Kirtland AFB.

• Work must be performed in a secure facility without affecting current accreditation, adhering to ICD/ICS 705 for modifications.

• A one-year written warranty is required for deficiencies and failures.

• Location: Building 1029, Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico.

• Work hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding Federal holidays. Contractor may be required to work non-duty hours.

• Contractor must provide illustrations/drawings for kitchenette colors/materials and an overall schedule.

• All materials must be new and in like-new condition.

• Demolition debris and refuse must be disposed of by the contractor according to regulations.

• Contractor must provide work equipment manuals and completed As-Builts drawings upon completion.

• Contractor personnel must be U.S. Citizens and wear facility-issued badges.

• Contractor must clean work areas daily and secure the site.
