This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for construction services to recover the PVC roofing at the Pantheon and Red Front Buildings within Klondike Goldrush National Historic Park. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business entities.

• Recover PVC Roofing at Pantheon & Red Front Buildings.

• Work must be performed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 and Part 36, and supplemented by additional information in the solicitation.

• Davis Bacon Wage Determination AK20260001 Rev 1 applies.

• Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Priced (FFP), Single Award Contract.

• Period of Performance: Estimated from 7/1/2026 to 9/30/2026.

• The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete within 91 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed.

• RFQ Open: 5/22/2026 to 6/22/2026, 1700 hrs EDT.

• RFQ Questions: Accepted until 6/15/2025, 1700 hrs EDT.
