The Lessor will provide a modern, quality building that meets specific VA requirements, including:

  • Space: Minimum 2,308 RSF (Sources Sought) to 3,058 ABOA SF (RLP), not to exceed 4,334 RSF. Must be contiguous space.
  • Parking: 15 reserved surface parking spaces, including 3 ADA-compliant.
  • Accessibility: Building and parking must meet ADA and Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS).
