This solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Koror, Palau will release a solicitation for the Global System for Mobile Service (GSM).
The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about the 1st week of July. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation.
The Government intends to award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract/purchase order based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract/purchase order will be a firm fixed price type of contract.
All contactors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database – https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to submission of offer. If you are not yet registered, please start the registration process as soon as you see this notice. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format – in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 10MB.
