Submission Requirements
Quotes must be submitted in .pdf format via email to Elizabeth Kramer at ekramer@bop.gov ONLY. No fax, hand-delivered, or mail-in quotes will be accepted. Offeror Representations and Certifications (FAR 52.212-3) must be submitted with the quote. Non-responsive quotes, including those missing a UEI, current SAM registration, required information, exact menu specifications (no substitutions), or shipping/freight charges, will not be considered. Delivery Requirements
Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., excluding Federal Holidays. Deliveries must be palletized, and drivers must assist in unloading.
