Scope of Work
This requirement is for a three-day, in-person training program at NASA Stennis Space Center (SSC). The training aims to accelerate alignment, strengthen innovation culture, streamline approval processes, and enhance collaboration and decision-making for NASA SSC personnel and contractors. The curriculum covers:
- Day 1: Inside-Out Alignment & Team Identity (stakeholder mapping, persona development, workflow visualization, MAGIC framework, team norms, problem framing).
- Day 2: Streamlining Processes & Prioritization Frameworks (approval process mapping, NPR/SPR-compliant approval paths, fast-path development, innovation discussions, project selection criteria, stage/decision maps).
- Day 3: Innovation Activation & Storytelling (innovation sprints, Pixar-style storytelling, concept posters, Shark Tank-style presentations, next steps and ownership assignments). Deliverables include all training artifacts, such as stakeholder maps, personas, journey maps, approval pathway one-pagers, prioritization criteria, stage/decision maps, concept posters, Pixar narratives, and a complete debrief package with owners and a next-step roadmap.
