  • Supplying a local customs agent for coordination with the Malaysian Government for customs clearance of vessels and cargo.
  • Offering vehicle and equipment wash-down services to meet Malaysian and USDA Agriculture standards.
  • Ensuring a Contract Manager is available 24/7 with a two-hour emergency response time.
