Solicitation Amendment 0002. Kuwait Job Order Contract (JOC)Proposals are due no later than 6 July 2025 2:00 PM Arabia Standard Time (AST).The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the Kuwait JOC in support of the Kuwait based customers.
