- Annual hazardous waste profile testing as directed by the Installation Hazardous Waste Management Plan. The testing facility must be located within 60 miles of the 179th Airlift Wing, Mansfield, Ohio (1947 Harrington Memorial Rd, Mansfield OH 44903). Services are to be provided Monday through Friday, 0900-1700, excluding US holidays.
