Far East District (POF) is considering BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) for Laboratory Analytical Services. This contract is for analytical services to support for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Far East District (FED), for the chemical analysis of industrial wastes and waters, soils, sediments, sludge, ground waters, surface waters, oils, paint chips, air and other environmental samples.
