IDIQ - Laboratory Gloves

This Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) seeks to procure laboratory gloves designed to protect personnel from hazardous substances and preserve evidence integrity. • Delivery: Within 5-7 days after receipt of order (ARO), FOB Destination to FBI laboratory locations.

• Quality Assurance: Products must be free of defects and not expired. Shipments must have at least 12 months of remaining shelf life.

• Packaging & Marking: Must be in accordance with commercial practice, with clear markings including manufacturer date, expiration date, lot number, and country of origin.

• Contractor Requirements: Must be capable of providing all specified glove types and be an authorized reseller. New products only.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ).

• Period of Performance: One (1) base year with four (4) possible one-year option periods, and a possible six (6) month extension.

  • Base Year: May 15, 2026 – May 14, 2027
  • Option Years: May 15, 2027 – May 14, 2031
  • Extension: May 15, 2031 – November 15, 2031

• Estimated Contract Value: Maximum of $450,000 over the life of the contract. Minimum order quantity is $1,000.00.

• Proposal Submission Deadline: May 8, 2026, at 05:00 PM EST.

• Questions Deadline: May 1, 2026, at 05:00 PM EST.

• Submission Method: Email to LRCALVERT@FBI.GOV.

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• Offer Validity: 90 calendar days from closing of posting.

• Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) with an "active" status at the time of award.

• No partial proposals or awards will be made.

• Offerors must list pricing for every product to be considered eligible.
