The assays have been validated using the TaqMan 7500/7500 Fast Real time PCR system and MiSeq and MiniSeq Illumina platform, making compatibility of consumables a critical requirement. Reagents must remain consistent with those indicated in existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to avoid re-validation.
