Scope of Work
The awarded contractors will furnish all necessary labor, equipment, and supplies to provide comprehensive laboratory services. This includes:
- Chemical and physical analysis of soil, sediment, and water samples.
- Delivery of pre-preserved bottleware and receipt of samples from the NAE Environmental Laboratory.
- Maintenance of chain of custody for all samples.
- Provision of a Laboratory Quality Assurance Plan (LQAP) accepted by the NAE Dredged Material Management Team.
- Adherence to specified analytical reporting limits, sample handling, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) protocols, and Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs).
- Provision of courier services for sample transport.
- Submission of data management deliverables, including EDDs, electronic data tables, and full laboratory data reports, in accordance with regional and national guidance documents.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Government intends to award up to three (3) BPAs.
- Period of Performance: Three (3) years from the date of award.
- Financial Limits: The BPA Master Limit is $350,000, with no single BPA Call exceeding $25,000.
