Scope of Work

- Workstations: Various L-shaped, standard, analyzer, and microscope worktables with specific dimensions, slide-out keyboard trays, locking casters, and edge-banded high-pressure laminate work surfaces.
- Shelving: Wall-mounted painted steel shelving (14" D x 36" H), adjustable and positionable.
- Additional Items: 3-tier stainless steel rolling carts, fixed casework with stainless steel work surfaces, sink base cabinets, and flammable storage cabinets.
- Installation: All equipment requires professional installation at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center.
Key Requirements for Vendors
- Must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller.
- Provide OEM warranty and service.
- Include a copy of the authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer with the response.
- The requirement will not be split. Quotes must include all equipment, services, and options.
