• Procurement is for NEW Equipment ONLY; no remanufactured or "gray market" items.

• Vendor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller.

• Vendor must provide a copy of the authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer.

• Items are to be shipped FOB Destination; shipping costs must be included in the vendor quote.

• The Government will not split the requirement.

• Quotes must include all aspects of the RFQ: equipment, services, and options.

• All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

• The government intends to award a purchase order.

• Evaluation will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable, considering price, technical solution, and delivery.

• Options may be evaluated by adding their total price to the basic requirement.

• Submit written quotes only; oral offers will not be accepted.

• All responding firms must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Quotes must include all aspects of the RFQ.

• The quote MUST include a copy of the authorized distributor letter.

• Third-party quotes will not be considered.

• Invoices must be prepared monthly and submitted electronically via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
