Testing parameters are extensive, covering substances like Carbamate, Cyanide, Fluoride, Halo-Acetic Acids, Inorganic Chemicals, Metals, Nitrates, Radiological elements, Total Coliform, E-coli, Trihalomethanes, Volatile Organics, and PFAS. Services must adhere to full regulatory compliance with Virginia DEQ, Virginia Department of Health, Office of Drinking Water, and other Federal, State, and Local regulations, including EPA and the Safe Drinking Water Act. The contractor must maintain a laboratory certified by the Commonwealth of Virginia for bacteriological and chemical analysis, accredited by NELAC and VELAP.

Contract Details

This acquisition will result in a single award Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The contract includes a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, with an additional period under FAR 52.217-8. The opportunity is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 541380 with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. Submission & Evaluation
