Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To acquire development support to provide a complete LabWare LIMS system for the Chemical Test Division (CTD) at Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), enhancing efficiency in processing solutions, samples, and data.

This PWS outlines the development support required to complete the existing LabWare LIMS. Key tasks include:

• Ensuring correct LIMS installation.

• Instrument interfacing: Creating parsing scripts to automatically collect data from various analytical instruments (GC FID/FPD, GCMS SIM, GCMS/MS, LCMS SIM, LCMS/MS, MINICAMS, GASMET) into the LIMS.

• Projects/Studies: Development of modules for creating, reviewing, modifying, approving, and reporting on projects and studies.

• Requests: Workflows for projects/studies, standard solutions, purity analysis, environmental samples, safety air monitoring, and sample analysis.

• Laboratory Processing: Sample logging workflows for receipt, review, and viewing.

• Data Exporting: Ability to export LIMS data into Excel or PDF formats.

• Chain of Custody: Generation of chain of custody tracking for samples, solutions, and chemicals.

• Labels: Creation and printing of labels for standard solutions, samples, and inventory.

• Standard Solutions/Reagents: Workflows for preparing and tracking standard solutions and reagents, including calculations and potential analytical balance integration.
