- Ice Maker: Scotsman MC1448MA3 or equivalent, featuring stainless steel construction, 1553 lbs/24hr production, medium cube ice, 208-230v/60Hz/3ph power, Energy Star, NSF/UL certified, with antimicrobial protection and one-touch cleaning.
- Water Softener: Hobart Model WS-80 or equivalent, a 2-tank system capable of removing hardness to less than ½ grain per gallon, with a top-mounted regeneration control valve, no electric hookup, and corrosion-resistant materials.
- Planetary Mixer: Hobart HL800-1STD or equivalent, equipped with a heavy-duty 3 HP motor, gear transmission with four fixed speeds plus stir, Shift-on-the-Fly™ controls, and an 80-quart stainless steel bowl with standard accessories.
- Cook/Hold Oven: Vulcan VRH88 or equivalent, a pass-thru warmer with two half doors per side, stainless steel interior/exterior, cook temperatures from 100°F to 250°F, hold temperatures from 100°F to 190°F, and dual voltage 208/240 electrical.
