The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District (NWK), intends to solicit, negotiate, and award one (1) Small Business, Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC), indefinite delivery contract (IDC), in accordancewith 40 U.S.C. Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers (formerly known as the Brooks Architect Engineer Act) as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6 and DFARS Subpart 236.6. A firm will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. The A-E IDC is required to support projects within Lake City Army Ammunition Plant (LCAAP) program projects assigned to NWK.
