Eligibility & Set-Aside
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors must have at least two (2) years of Landscaping/Groundskeeping Experience on similar contracts and must have been in business for a minimum of two years. An active SAM registration is required.
Submission & Evaluation
All submissions must be made through the PIEE Solicitation Portal. Instructions for using the PIEE system are available in the provided attachments.
