The use of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) for application is optional but requires specific certifications and coordination. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been revised by Amendment 0001.

Eligibility & Evaluation
Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and possess a valid Iowa Commercial Pesticide Applicators License. Proposals must include the completed SF 1449, Bid Schedule, Technical Capability Statement, and Past Performance Questionnaire. Evaluation will be based on the offer most advantageous to the Government at the lowest price.
Additional Notes
Required insurance includes Workmen's Compensation, Employer's Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Automobile Liability. A pre-work conference will be held post-award. Contractors must submit an Environmental Protection Plan and an Accident Prevention Plan. Security requirements involve background checks and identification badges for personnel.
