Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide sewage pumping services and rental of portable restrooms for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Warm Springs Dam, Lake Sonoma, Geyserville, CA.

• Provide all personnel, supplies, tools, equipment, and non-personal services for sewage pumping and portable restroom rental.

• Perform services in accordance with the PWS, contract standards, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

• Services include pumping, emptying, cleaning of portable restrooms, and disposal of waste at an approved location.

• Portable units must meet industry standards and include features like interior locks, ventilation, and a toilet seat.

• Contractor responsibilities include cleaning, re-supplying, adding deodorant, pest control, performance maintenance, and repairing/replacing units.

• Pumping services for sewage vaults are dependent on visitation and seasonal changes, with a 24-hour response time for emergencies.

• Portable toilets will be pumped on a schedule, with increased frequency during peak season (May-October).

• All work must be performed to contract standards and local, state, and federal regulations.

• Quality Control Program (QCP) required to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services.

• Government will evaluate performance using a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

• Period of Performance: One base year of 12 months, with four option years (each 12 months).
