• Fence Line Right-of-Way Clearing: Clearing woody debris from an 8-foot wide right-of-way for livestock fence repair or extensions.

• Snow Removal: Removing snow from roadways to promote faster snow melt and drainage.

• Planting spots must be created down to mineral soil, be of adequate size, and at specified spacing.

• Ash pits must be ripped and mixed with mineral soil, smoothed, and surrounding debris managed.

• Equipment must meet specific size and operational requirements (e.g., mini-excavator 20-25 h.p., crawler tractors D-4 to D-5 class).

• Equipment must be clean to prevent the spread of noxious weeds.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

• Contractor must conduct inspections of treatment units and submit completed inspection forms within 24 hours of completion.

• Government will conduct 100% visual inspection of each treatment unit.

• Period of Performance: Date of Award through June 19th, 2026.

• This call order will only be sent to current BPA Award Holders as of the Issue Date.
