The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office located in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Landfill services. The physical address is 1300 Metropolitan Avenue, Leavenworth, Kansas 66048. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562212 with a Size Standard of $47 million. This acquisition will be solicited as unrestricted.   

The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite delivery, requirements-type contract with firm fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a one (1) 12-month base year with four (4) 12-month option years for renewal at the discretion of the Government.  Specific details will be included in the solicitation packet.  The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work.  All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations.

The solicitation will be made available on or about September 19, 2025. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration System for Award Management (SAM) platform.
