This notice announces the U.S. Navy's intent to award a sole-source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Telecom Italia S.P.A. (TIM) for fixed-line Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) services in Sigonella, Sicily, Italy. Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for providing local exchange access services, analog/digital/VoIP (SIP) access transport services, and inter/intra-Local Access Transport Area (LATA) interconnect functions to Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS) Sicily. The goal is to ensure mission-critical communications support for U.S., NATO, and coalition forces operating within specified areas of responsibility.

• Provide local exchange access services, analog/digital/VoIP (SIP) access transport services, and inter/intra-LATA interconnect functions.

• Services are limited to official Government use, excluding residential or business services for non-Government entities.

• Manage the design, engineering, operation, monitoring, maintenance, and project management for multiplexing equipment.
