Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Slab On Grade (SOG) Evaluation. The services are to be performed at the Landover Warehouse, 3201 Pennsy Dr, Landover, MD 20785.

• The contractor shall provide a Slab On Grade (SOG) Evaluation that meets or exceeds the specifications outlined in Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement.

• Questions Due: April 20, 2026, no later than 2:00 PM (EST).

• Quotes Due: April 27, 2026, no later than 2:00 PM (EST).

• Quotes must be submitted as an all-inclusive firm-fixed-price quote, including any anticipated travel.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for an engineering evaluation of the concrete Slab On Grade (SOG) at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing's (BEP) Landover Warehouse. The primary goal is to determine the maximum load capacity, appropriate loading patterns, types, and criteria for the existing SOG, and to provide engineering recommendations for enhancing its capacity.
