Scope of Work
Services encompass landscape care and maintenance across various U.S. Embassy Riyadh locations, including the Chancery, Embassy Warehouse, Chief of Mission (CMR) and Deputy Chief of Mission (DCMR) residences, and common areas of Senior Officer Residences (SORs) and Staff Housing clusters. Key tasks include:
- Grass cutting, edging, trimming, weeding, and turf repair.
- Pruning of trees, shrubs, hedges, bushes, vines, and ground cover.
- Leaf and debris removal.
- Watering (Government provides water supply).
- Maintenance of exterior potted plants.
- Fertilizing, liming, pest, and disease control.
- Cleaning of swimming pools, fountains, exterior architectural concrete, and cement plaster facings.
- Tree removal services (via task order) and ancillary services like gutter cleaning.
- Cleaning of tennis courts, razor wire, patios, outdoor furniture, courtyards, and exterior walls.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Combined Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) for standard routine services and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed Price for temporary additional services.
- Period of Performance: Five (5) years, comprising a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. An additional six-month option to extend services is also available.

Additional Notes
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, supplies, and clothing. Compliance with Saudi Arabia labor laws and FAR 52.222-50 regarding combating trafficking in persons is required. A plan for contractor-furnished housing for workers may also be required.
