Landscaping services include spring clean-up, general cleaning, mulching (rich brown, bark-type, 3-inch depth), lawn maintenance (raking, fertilizing four times/year, mowing to 2.5 inches, edging), weed control, pruning, tree/shrub care, and daily trash removal. Replacement of damaged vegetation due to neglect is required.

Snow removal and ice management services include operations within 2 hours of 3 inches of accumulation, sanding and deicing, maintaining 6-foot clearance around fire hydrants and 3-foot around sign floodlights, and clearing parking lots (approx. 45,000 sq. ft.), roadways, and sidewalks. Contractor-provided equipment must include snow plows (min. 5-ton capacity, 7-foot blade width) and sanding equipment. Tracked equipment with metal treads is prohibited. Property damage caused by the contractor must be repaired or compensated.
