Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide comprehensive landscaping services for the Air Traffic Control Tower/TRACON Building at 35 Perimeter Road, Windsor Locks, CT.

• General Scope: Provide all necessary labor, skills, materials, tools, and equipment for landscaping services covering approximately 120,000 sq. ft. This includes spring clean-up, general cleaning, weed control, mulching, and reseeding.

• Grounds Area: Approximately 75,000 sq. ft. of grass around the Base Building and Tower, plus parking and drive areas (approx. 45,000 sq. ft.).

• Spring Clean-Up: Removal of winter debris, sand, leaves, and dead vegetation from parking lots, sidewalks, roadways, and lawns. Replacement of dead vegetation at facility entrances with prior COR approval if a similar type cannot be found.
