Scope of Work

Set-Aside & Eligibility
This market research aims to determine if two or more Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), certified on SBA, can perform the project at a fair and reasonable price. If so, the underlying solicitation will be set aside per 38 U.S.C. §8127. A class waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule (13 CFR 121.406(b)) applies to NAICS 325320, allowing SDVOSBs to offer products manufactured by either small or large businesses.
