- Conducting 52 regular rehearsals and 10 special rehearsals annually (at least 60 minutes each).

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music or equivalent experience in liturgical music. Essential skills include:
- Proficiency in playing the pipe organ and/or keyboard, with sight-reading ability.
- Ability to sing lead for liturgical services and teach music.
- Experience with the historic M.P. Möller Opus 6299 pipe organ is preferred.
- Proficiency in Gregorian Chant and polyphonic music is valued.
- Ability to coordinate with other music leaders, understand military protocol, and communicate with a diverse congregation.
- Required to complete VIRTUS training and undergo background checks (NACI, State Criminal History, Installation Records Check) before commencing work.
