This solicitation is for ship repair, boats, and crafts services, to be performed under a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan Region. The award will be a Firm-Fixed-Price job order under an existing MARAV. Firms must possess a current USN MSRA or ABR in the Japan Region, or be able to complete the certification process prior to the projected contract award date. Non-MSRA/ABR holders can request an application package from flcy_msra_abr_group@us.navy.mil.

• Period of Performance: Approximately August 17, 2026, to October 23, 2026, for all line items.
