Scope of Requirement

Relocation & Evaluation
The Government's decision to relocate will be based on economic advantage. When evaluating proposals, the Government will add expenses incurred for relocation (e.g., moving costs, tenant improvements, furniture removal/installation, telecommunication infrastructure) to the proposed rental rate. Subleases will not be considered. A Government standard lease document will be used.
Submission Requirements

- ANSI/BOMA office usable square feet.
- Rentable square feet and rate per RSF, detailing included services, utilities, and tenant improvements allowance.

- Confirmation of compliance with all Federal, GSA/PBS, State, and local codes (fire/life safety, ABAAS, OSHA, seismic).
