Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the minimum requirements for the procurement and delivery of Leica Laser Tracker systems, scanners, and accessories to Tinker Air Force Base. The objective is to refresh aging laser tracker equipment currently used for Validation and Verification (Val/Ver) of flight control fixtures and by the Reverse Engineering and Critical Tooling (REACT) office.

• Procurement of six (6) Leica Absolute AT960-XR laser tracker systems and one (1) Leica Absolute Tracker ATS600.

• Inclusion of all necessary equipment, materials, accessories, and attachments for full system capabilities.

• Provision of a 1-year warranty commencing after delivery.

• Supply of associated components including tripods, transportation cases, leveling units, laptops, battery sets, USB-C adapters, sensor apertures, and Hexagon stands.

• Procurement of six (6) Leica T-Probe III measurement probes with associated accessories (stylus kits, extensions, adaptors, tools).

• Procurement of two (2) Absolute Scanner ASI+AS1 XL bundle scanning systems and one (1) Hexagon Absolute Arm V2P, 7-axis measurement arm, with associated accessories.

• Requirement for systems to run the latest version of Spatial Analyzer software.

• Provision of mountable application computers/laptops with specific hardware configurations (e.g., 2.5 GHz 6 Core Processor, 64 GB RAM, 1 TB Disk Space, Nvidia Quadro RTX A4400, HD 1080p screen, Windows 11) and a 3-year warranty.

• Systems must include Ethernet interface (RJ45 port) for data access.

• Specific requirements for account privileges, USB communications, data access protocols, and software updates.

• No mercury, asbestos, or lead (with exceptions for radiation cladding and lead solder).

• Prohibition of Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB).

• Environmental protection requirements.

• Specific requirements for marking, nameplates, and warranty data plates.

• Contractor shall provide technical data (hard copy and electronic) 30 days prior to equipment delivery.

• Training is not required as these trackers are replacements for current equipment.

• Quality Assurance responsibilities for inspection and compliance.

• Safety and Quality Control, including adherence to FOD/DOP, housekeeping, environmental protection, and safety data sheet requirements.

• Government furnished property and services (security, fire, refuse collection).
