Non-compliance may lead to refusal or destruction.
    • Engineering Change Proposals (ECP): Instructions are provided for preparing and submitting contractor-initiated ECPs, Value Engineering Change Proposals (VECPs), Request for Deviations (RFDs), and Request for Variance (RFVs), including classification and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) evaluation procedures.
    • Bar Code Markings: Required in accordance with the latest revision of MIL-STD-129 and ISO/IEC 16388 (Code 39).

Evaluation for Award

Award will be based on the lowest overall cost to the Government, provided the offeror is responsive and responsible.
