Scope of Work

- Conduct Infrastructure Risk Screening and assess environmental and geophysical risks.
- Foreign language proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is preferred.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to contractproposals@ustda.gov. Evaluation will consider Technical (relevant experience, technical approach, foreign language proficiency), Past Performance, and Price. Technical and Past Performance are significantly more important than Price. Offerors must be registered and have an active status in SAM.gov.
