  • Providing up to 25 Project Reports for USTDA funding consideration.
  • Developing a Final Report summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Conducting Infrastructure Risk Screening, incorporating environmental and disaster resilience.
  • Developing Terms of Reference (TOR) and budgets for up to 15 activities.
  • Assessing U.S. export potential and foreign competition.
  • Identifying potential U.S. sources of supply and services.
  • Developing an implementation plan.
