Scope of Work

This includes Building Equipment (BE), Real Property (RP), and Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE). Key services encompass:
- Maintenance and repair of standard facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm/suppression, lightning protection).
- Certification for pressure vessels, cranes/hoists, and elevators.
- A robust corrosion control program.
- Operations support for launches, including generator running and time-sensitive repairs during countdowns.
