Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide one new, OEM-certified Launderometer (SDL Atlas, model: M228AA) along with necessary hardware and consumables. The equipment must comply with current AATCC and ISO colorfastness testing standards. Specific requirements include:
- Product: Launderometer, SDL Atlas, model: M228AA.
- Accessories: 20 each 550ml Stainless Steel Containers (PN: 103829), 20 each 1200ml Stainless Steel Containers (PN: 103855), and 20 each Associated Seals (Neoprene PN: 103831 / PTFE PN: 103832).
- Technical Specifications: Digital display (min 2° divisions), adjustable thermostat (up to 90°C, +/- 2°C accuracy, safety shutoff), stainless steel internal test chamber accommodating 20 test positions for both 550ml and 1200ml holders, approx. 40 rpm rotor speed, and 208V / 60Hz electrical compatibility.
- Installation: Local public works employees will assist with plumbing and electrical connections. Training is not required. Calibration will be performed by DLA specialists post-installation.
- Warranty: Minimum one-year warranty for parts and technical support, with guaranteed company support for at least three years.
