  • Monitoring and managing stained linen rates, aiming for below 2%, and performing chemical formula modifications.
  • Responding to service calls regarding washed linen or equipment malfunction within one hour, with on-site presence within twelve hours.
  • Providing technical support for various issues and documentation of all chemical formulas.
  • Supplying and maintaining a modern chemical delivery system with proof of delivery and internet monitoring capabilities.
