• Quotes must be submitted in two parts: Technical/Past Performance and Price (SF1449).

• Evaluation will be based on a best-value, trade-off process, considering Technical Capability and Relevant Experience (Past Performance) as significantly more important than price.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure the rental of a laundry trailer to support Bureau of Land Management (BLM) staff during monitoring operations for the 2026 Burning Man Event, ensuring access to essential hygiene facilities and proper uniform maintenance.

Provide one (1) laundry trailer meeting specified requirements. The vendor is responsible for delivery, setup, and maintenance throughout the contract period.

• Capacity: 6-8 washers, 6-8 dryers.

• Features: Folding table(s), wash basin, trash bin (at least 20-gallon capacity), climate control, lighting, and necessary power connection attachments.

• Utilities: Potable water provided with sufficient pressure for washers. Grey water may be plumbed to the facility's septic system or require a bladder/hoses supplied by the contractor. 80-Amps of power available (one 30-amp and one 50-amp receptacle).

• Propane: Contractor is responsible for refilling propane if used.

• Delivery Deadline: No later than 1400 hours on August 23, 2026.

• Location: Black Rock Station, 200 Transfer Road, Gerlach, NV 89412.

• In Use: August 23, 2026, to September 11, 2026.

• Pickup: No earlier than 1200 hours on September 12, 2026.

• Repair Response Time: No more than 6 hours.

• Maintenance: No additional wipe-down service required during the contract period.

• All equipment must be in good working condition and meet applicable safety standards.

• The trailer will be located on a gravel pad with an asphalt driveway, situated on a drive-through RV pad.
